Bruce has 30 years of experience in air quality regulation. Since 2011, he has managed a team that provides outreach and education to medium- and heavy-duty (MHD) vehicle fleets. Most recently, that team was part of developing CARB’s Advanced Clean Fleet Regulation, overseeing the Innovative Small e Fleets incentives, developing educational programs that will assist these fleets to transition these vehicles, as well as other projects
