Bradley Northup is a NAFA Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) and seasoned fleet professional, combining his technical expertise with a strategic business mindset, Bradley has over two decades of hands-on experience in the automotive and fleet industry.

With an Associate Degree in Automotive Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University Bradley has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of fleet operations.

Throughout his career, Bradley has exhibited strong leadership, guiding teams across diverse sectors, including public and private entities. His commitment to public fleet management spans 14 years, during which he has held pivotal roles, contributing significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of fleet operations.

Actively engaged in both local and national fleet management associations, Bradley serves as chair for the NAFA Pacific Southwest group of fleet managers, vice chair to the San Diego Clean Cities Coalition advisory board, vice chair to the NAFA national government affairs committee, and member of the NAFA CAFM Commission.

In addition to his leadership roles, Bradley is deeply involved in supporting the development of regulations that govern fleet operations. He plays a crucial role in the California Air Resources Board's Truck Regulations Implementation Group (TRIG), serving as Co-chair of the Rules & Provisions group. Through his involvement, Bradley contributes to developing pragmatic policies that promote sustainability, and environmental responsibility throughout the fleet industry.
